Program Goal

Connect clients who participated in our GC3 program who want to continue growing, learning, and applying the tools needed to have a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle.

Program Assumption

The program is built on the assumption that breaking the cycle of poverty is extraordinarily difficult and requires patience and time on the part of all. Therefore our approach represents a commitment of time required by our staff along with GC3 graduates to provide support. The program is built on the following core values:
