Less than 2 Weeks from Palmetto Giving Day!
As the weather is warming up, the flowers are blooming, and we are moving swiftly towards PALMETTO GIVING DAY! The board members, staff, and volunteers of Helping Hands want to encourage you to support our efforts to offer “HOPE, HELP, and CHANGE” to Georgetown County residents in need of our services.
Palmetto Giving Day provides a wonderful easy opportunity for you to participate in a 36-hour online giving event to support your nonprofit organization(s) of choice. And we hope that Helping Hands of Georgetown is one of your favorites!
The event starts 6 a.m. Tuesday, May 3rd to 6 p.m. Wednesday, May 4th. Go to www.palmettogivingday.org and search Helping Hands of Georgetown to donate. Thank you in advance for supporting over 60 organizations in Georgetown County!
Also, come out and see us on Front Street Tuesday afternoon (5/3) in the Francis Marion Park (next to the River Room). We, along with many other area nonprofits, will be there from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. to celebrate YOU and say “thank you” for caring. There will be food, music, prizes, and fun, so come and join us for our Palmetto Giving Day event!
